BACKGROUND
Joseline is a highly motivated lawyer who holds a Bachelor of laws degree from Islamic University in Uganda and a post graduate Diploma from the Law Development Centre- Kampala Campus.
Joseline is a skilled specialized litigator who pays a lot of attention to detail while executing activities on behalf of our Clients.
She is currently acting for our clients in areas of family law where she is seeking remedies including custody, adoption, administration. estate and Divorce both in the high court and Chief Magistrates Courts in Uganda.
Joseline is also acting for our clients seeking remedies under the Companies Act, Clients seeking all manner of registrations in Uganda and also conducts advisory in areas of business set up, Governance and regulatory compliance.
Joseline is also involved in international due diligence investigations, preparation of legal opinions and general litigation. Prior to joining DIT Advocates, Joseline conducted her legal clerkship from Kampala Capital City Authority where she gained immense experience in corporate and institutional advisory.
